Wellbeing is about feeling comfortable with your life
and with who you are. When things are going reasonably well in most areas
of your life: your work life, your family and your personal life then you
should experience a sense of well-being.

Well-being is not about being happy all the time. It doesn’t mean you never have anything to worry about. Stresses and disappointments are a normal part of life, and upsetting events will happen to everybody from time to time.
But sometimes, stresses and worries can seem to dominate your life, and you may find yourself getting upset more than usual. If your sense of well-being gets overwhelmed, it might be a good idea to talk to someone.
